Winter Weather Advisory issued November 21 at 12:47PM EST until November 22 at 4:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6
inches. The lowest valleys including Williamsport will see 1 to 3
inches of snow accumulations.
* WHERE...Montour, Northumberland, Southern Lycoming, and Union
Counties.
* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 4 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning
commutes.
Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road
conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by
