Happy Thanksgiving everyone! New Morgan Borough is excited to announce that we are now actively a part of the Savvy Citizens! As many of you know, New Morgan Borough is a very small area between Caernarvon and Robeson Township. As the borough only has a total of 20 residents, we wanted to expand our friendship with the surrounding communities. We will be using Savvy Citizen to communicate with the area by sending out notifications of emergencies, updates to the Borough, board meeting information, and much more.
