Special Weather Statement issued November 15 at 8:10AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Areas of fog, locally dense, can be expected this morning.
Visibilities will be reduced to a quarter mile or less in some
spots. Use caution if traveling and be alert for rapid changes in
visibility. Visibility will begin to gradually improve between 9
AM and 10 AM.
