Good afternoon Harrison Township!
We received notification today that Allegheny County Public Works will be starting road paving on Spring Hill Road between Karns Road and Kuntz Street tomorrow morning, weather permitting. Paving work is expected to take two to three days to complete and will be done between 6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M.
The work zone itself will move up and down the road. Traffic will be allowed to pass through the area with the assistance of flaggers, but expect delays if you travel this roadway. Highlands School District and Allegheny Ludlum have been notified.
