Description
During Dover Township's monthly Board of Supervisors held on October 14, 2024, the board approved a bid in the amount of $101,230.64 to Vertex Roofing Contractors Inc. The contractor started the first step of this project today. The project includes the replacement of all original three (3) tab shingles from 1997, they will be replaced with architectural forty (40) year four (4) tap shingles. This project also includes the replacement of any rotten word, new metal flashing, new siding on the interior and exterior of the entrance, a new flat roof on the entrance, new vents, and a new fresh air fan.
