Recently, a mailing went out to all Borough residents discussing the ongoing efforts to identify and replace any lead water service lines located in the Borough. Included in this correspondence was information related to the Boroughs’ continuing water meter replacement project that was started in July 2024. This information included an image of a notification card that residents will receive when they are scheduled to have their water meter replaced. It was included for familiarization purposes only. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT NEWMAN PLUMBING TO SCHEDULED A METER REPLACEMENT AT THIS TIME. Meter replacements will not resume until the beginning of 2025, at which time you will receive notification similar to that which was included in the lead notification letter that will include instructions on scheduling your meter replacement.
