Flash Flood Warning issued November 7 at 5:20PM CST until November 7 at 8:00PM CST by NWS Fort Worth TX

The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Southern Cooke County in north central Texas...
Denton County in north central Texas...

* Until 800 PM CST.

* At 520 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 2
to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
poor drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Fort Worth, Denton, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Corinth,
Gainesville, Highland Village, Lake Dallas, Sanger, Roanoke, Krum,
Argyle, Hickory Creek, Justin, Double Oak, Shady Shores, Aubrey,
Northlake, Cross Roads and Muenster.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
