Special Weather Statement issued November 7 at 8:02AM CST by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
Strong moisture return has brought patchy fog to South-Central
Texas. Isolated patches will drop visibility to less than one
mile, but most places will have visibility three miles or greater.
Conditions will improve by late morning. Use extra caution when
driving in fog.
