The Borough of Liberty is reaching out to provide clarification regarding recent observations of individuals discussing voting in our Borough. After consulting, with our Chief of Police, we have confirmed that these individuals do not require a permit for their activities. This type of outreach falls under canvassing, which is permitted from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, year round.
