Description
Halloween trick-or-treat begins at 6 PM and ends at 8 PM. Drivers need to use caution as many children will be out for the event. Parents and children also need to use caution when crossing busy streets. Public safety units will travel the streets throughout the event. Certain streets may be blocked to avoid excess traffic moving into crowded areas.
