Description
The Edinboro Borough Police Department will begin enforcing the Winter Parking Regulations on November 1 @ 2:00 AM. The Winter Parking Regulations will be enforced from November 1 through April 15. No vehicles are permitted to be parked on any roadway between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM during the above-mentioned dates. Odd/Even parking will continue to be enforced in all Municipal Parking Lots. Don’t forget to have your car off the street before going to sleep on Halloween night!
