Subject: UPDATE Hurricane Milton Emergency Order 24-08 Pursuant to Executive Orders 24-215 EFFECTIVE UNTIL NOVEMBER 4, 2024.
Overview: Pursuant to Executive Orders 24-214 and 24-215, Executive Director Dave Kerner has provided Emergency Order 24-08, waiving certain fees and defferal of administrative actions for Levy County.
Details: below is a list of fees eligible for waiver and deferral of administrative actions due to the Executive and Emergency Orders mentioned above:
Waive fees due to the effects of adverse weather conditions for:
. Duplicate or replacement vessel registrations and title certificates.
. Vehicle license plates, vaildation stickers, vehicle registration and title certificates.
. Handicapped parking permits
. Replacement driver licenses and identification cards.
. Additional fees for the late renewal of or application for such licenses, certificates, and documents.
