Freeze Warning issued October 27 at 2:56AM EDT until October 28 at 9:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 34 will
result in frost formation. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 30 expected.
* WHERE...Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, and York Counties.
* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, until 9 AM EDT this morning. For
the Freeze Warning, from 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill sensitive outdoor
plants if left uncovered.
Those with agricultural interests should protect sensitive
vegetation.
Rural valley locations will experience the lowest temperatures.
Take steps now to protect tender plants and vegetation from the cold.
