Description
William Penn Highway is closed in both directions at Penn Center Blvd in front of Sheetz, as Duquesne Light crews replace a utility pole that was damaged in an earlier traffic crash. Overhead utility lines will be dropped during this pole replacement. Please avoid this area. Traffic flaggers and police are on scene, and will direct motorists. Expect traffic delays. Again, if you can avoid this portion of Business Route 22, please do so. Thank you for your attention to this notification, and for your patience. This closure is expected to last a few hours.
