Freeze Warning issued October 16 at 9:17PM EDT until October 17 at 9:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures in the upper 20s and lower 30s
expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Those with agricultural interests should protect sensitive
vegetation.
Potted plants should be brought inside.
