Frost Advisory issued October 16 at 1:44PM EDT until October 17 at 9:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Temperatures approaching freezing will result in areas of
frost.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
Near-ground freezing temperatures could kill uncovered sensitive
outdoor vegetation.
Valley locations and sheltered areas will experience the coldest
temperatures.
