Description
Residents recently received a survey in the mail from Western Illinois Regional Council for a grant application for the city of Havana. This survey will help the city be eligible for a grant to improve public infrastructure and single-family owner-occupied households. Please fill the survey out even if you are not interested in the grant and return the survey in the envelope provided by Friday, October 18, 2024.
