Special Weather Statement issued October 12 at 4:13AM CDT by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
Patchy fog is developing over the Coastal Plains and may spread
into the southeastern counties of South-Central Texas. Visibility
will generally be between one and three miles, but a few spots
could be lower. Drive carefully.
