Northwestern Brevard County in east central Florida...
Northeastern Lake County in east central Florida...
Orange County in east central Florida...
Seminole County in east central Florida...
Volusia County in east central Florida...
* Until 430 AM EDT.
* At 134 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
5 and 9 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of
3 to 6 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.
SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Orlando, Deltona, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Sanford, Titusville,
Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Ormond Beach, Ocoee, Winter Garden,
Oviedo, Winter Springs, Winter Park, DeLand, Casselberry, New
Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, Eustis and Maitland.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
