DECLARATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY
FOR HURRICANE MILTON
Consistent with the State of Emergency declared on October 9, 2024, by Governor Ron DeSantis in Executive Order Number 24-214, and pursuant to section 252.38(3)(a)(5), Florida Statutes, and section 46-143, Code of Ordinances, County of Volusia, the City of Lake Helen hereby declares a State of Local Emergency, effective throughout City of Lake Helen as of 11:47am on this date for a period of seven days.
