Dear Montgomery County Residents and Stakeholders,
Montgomery County is looking for your input about the future of Montgomery County. Your input helped (and is still helping) identify the most important topics to focus on as we continue to implement our current plan, Montco 2040, and move forward with work on our new plan, titled Montco 2050. We invite you to join us in next phase of public engagement, where we ask key questions on the most important topics being identified as new or continuing priorities for the Montgomery County Planning Commission.
You can continue to have a say by participating in Engage Montco. Montco 2050, A Comprehensive Plan for a Changing World, will guide the county in addressing issues that affect daily life in Montgomery County, including housing, open space, road infrastructure and transit, land development, public health, community, economic development, sustainability, and the environment. Help us create the policies that will eventually go into the plan by visiting Engage Montco, the online platform where users can have their voices heard. Creating an account takes just minutes, and then you can join the discussion and share your ideas, and “like” and comment on the ideas of others.
