* At 714 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles south of
New Waterford, or near East Palestine, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
