Counties. In Maryland, Caroline, Queen Annes, and Talbot Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
