The Leaf Pickup Program begins October 1st. Every Monday during the months of October and November, the Public Works Department will pick up your leaves ONLY if they are in biodegradable leaf bags. No plastic bags will be collected. During the program, if your address is missed, or you see the truck pass and you didn’t get your leaves out, call Jim Bivins at 412-823-6602 Ext 115, and he’ll send someone out to pick up your bags.
