Special Weather Statement issued October 3 at 4:13AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Clear skies under high pressure and cooler temperatures has
resulted in the development of patchy dense river valley fog. The
patchy nature of the fog will result in visibility dropping to
near zero in a short distance. The fog is expected to dissipate
by 9 AM.
