HOW TO REPORT YOUR STORM DAMAGE FOR YOUR HOME
If you have internet availability go to www.levydisaster.com click on the report storm damage tab. We need information on your HOME ONLY! If you can, please take pictures of the damage to your home and upload them to your storm damage report. If you do not have internet availability contact our citizens information lines at 352-486-5155 or 352-486-5576 and we will document it there. Please be patient if lines are busy just keep trying to call. These lines are open 7 am to 7 pm
