Description
EDIT TO NUMBER 2 - Damage Assessment Information: 2.) Commercial buildings two or more stories. The City will require a structural engineer to confirm the structural integrity of the foundation, at a minimum. It is our understanding that during the storm surge, water moved with velocity above the foundations potentially causing scour at the foundations. The scope of work for the structural engineer should not include a verification of the structural integrity of load bearing members.
