Sewer System Construction Begins

You may have noticed equipment and materials being staged around town or line locate flags being placed along some of our roadways.
The City of Bruceville-Eddy has NOW entered the construction phase of the long-anticipated sewer project!
Due to cost, the initial installation will not include all addresses in Bruceville-Eddy. The scope of work does however include the core of both Eddy and Bruceville.
City staff and representatives with our customer service line contractor, SkyBlue Utilities have begun working on measurements at various addresses around town prior to the installation of the ‘no-cost’ service line connections. A letter will be placed in the mail today describing the process in more detail.
Please know that if you are contacted by a member of the SkyBlue Utilities or Blackrock Construction team for access to your property, that these contractors are legitimate and that they have an active award with the city.
Contractors should not need access to the inside of your home, nor will they be attempting to sale any product.
