Special Weather Statement issued September 22 at 5:25AM EDT by NWS State College PA
Expect to encounter foggy areas when traveling through mid
morning. Visibilities can rapidly drop below one mile, and
could drop below one half mile in pockets.
Remember to allow extra time to reach your destination, reduce
speed and always use your low beam headlights in areas of fog.
