To Youngwood Residents along North 4th Street and North 5th Street between Depot Street and the dead end, you will be visited by Gibson-Thomas Engineering (Borough's Engineer) or receive in the mail, a survey that we are asking you to please complete. The information provided in the survey is confidential. The survey is needed as the Borough is submitting an application for a Community Development Block Grant for paving the alleys between the above streets. This source of funding is income based. If you have any questions, please contact the Borough office.
