Description
The Great American Relay, which is a Running Relay to Remember 9/11 will be coming through Hatboro on Monday, September 16, 2024, at approximately 11:47 AM. The Great American Relay takes place during Patriots week, September 11-17. The relay begins at the Flight 93 National Memorial in Shanksville PA, covers 547 miles, has 161 legs, stops at 118 Firehouses and ends at the World Trade Center Memorial in New York.
The relay will enter Hatboro on York Road from Upper Moreland Township, stops at the Enterprise Fire Company then continues north on York Road into Warminster. Runners will be escorted by Police and other Emergency Vehicles. Please be patient as traffic on York Road will be affected for a short period of time.
