Special Weather Statement issued September 13 at 6:58AM EDT by NWS State College PA
Areas of dense fog and low visibility below one half mile will
result in locally hazardous travel conditions early this morning.
The fog will impact the early morning commute and motorists
should be prepared for slow downs and increased travel times. The
fog will dissipate between 8 and 10AM.
