Dear Residents,
The recent billing issues affecting water usage calculations have been fully resolved. All customers will see their actual water usage reflected in their upcoming bills. Most residents will also see corrected billing, which may result in a higher amount due than what was initially billed.
If you prefer to pay the additional balance before it appears on your next bill, you are welcome to do so by contacting City Hall to make arrangements. For those who choose not to pay immediately, the corrected amount will be added to your next bill.
We encourage residents to make a payment for the amount due to help manage the balance and avoid larger bills in the future.
