Special Weather Statement issued September 5 at 4:46AM EDT by NWS State College PA
Areas of valley fog will decrease visibilities this morning to below
one mile in some locations.
The fog is expected to dissipate by or shortly after 900 AM.
Be prepared for pockets of significantly reduced visibility during
your morning commute. Use your low beam headlights and plenty of
space between vehicles.
