Special Weather Statement issued August 30 at 7:13AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Areas of fog, locally dense, are impacting river valleys and
adjacent areas this morning along with locations that saw heavy
rainfall from yesterday's storms. Visibilities will be reduced to
a quarter mile or less in some spots. Use caution if traveling and
be alert for rapid changes in visibility.
