Flood Watch issued August 29 at 10:34PM EDT until August 30 at 12:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
areas, Cumberland, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Mifflin,
Montour, Northern Centre, Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming,
Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Southern Centre, Southern Clinton,
Southern Lycoming and Union.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Slow moving showers and thunderstorms with torrential
rainfall rates in excess of 2 inches per hour will continue
until midnight with a focus of the heaviest rainfall near
Route 322 from Seven Mountains Southeast to Lewistown, and
Mifflintown. This heavy rain could result in flash flooding.
