Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued August 29 at 4:43PM EDT until August 29 at 5:00PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 443 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over White Oak, or
near McKeesport, moving southeast at 5 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Monroeville, McKeesport, West Mifflin, North Versailles, White
Oak, Wilkins Township, Duquesne, Turtle Creek, North Braddock,
Glassport, Irwin, Trafford, Liberty, Wilmerding, Port Vue, East
Mckeesport, East Pittsburgh, Versailles, Lincoln and North Irwin.
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.
