Special Weather Statement issued August 27 at 10:48PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 1048 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking line of showers along a
line from over Sarver to over West Liberty, or along a line from 12
miles southeast of Butler to over West Liberty, moving southeast at
25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross Township,
McCandless Township, Monroeville, Cranberry, Moon Township,
McMurray, Weirton, Washington, Franklin Park, Aliquippa,
Canonsburg, Martins Ferry, Vandergrift, Warwood, Wellsburg and
Apollo.

weather conditions.
