Attention Crafton residents and business owners:
Crafton Borough Council is reviewing the final draft of our updated Zoning Ordinance at the August 22nd Council meeting as we prepare to submit it to the County Planning Office for review. If Borough Council does not have major edits, the Planning Commission will provide their recommendation at the August 27th Planning Commission meeting, and then it will be forwarded to the County for review. The County will have 45 days to complete the review. If there are no significant changes recommended, Borough Council can advertise and vote on the new zoning ordinance in October or November. This important document will shape Crafton's future development. Please view the draft on our website homepage or in the attached file.
