Description
The City of Taft has identified a billing discrepancy related to the recent rate changeover(increase). This issue has been confirmed as isolated, affecting only the current billing cycle. We are actively collaborating with our billing partners to rectify all affected bills for this month. Any overpayments resulting from this issue will be credited to the corresponding accounts.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Once the billing issue has been fully corrected, we will provide another update to keep our residents informed.
