ROAD CLOSURE - ELVERSON ROAD between Morgantown Road and Joanna Road, Caernarvon Township. Just a reminder that this morning the above roadway is closed for milling and paving through the day. The contractor has flaggers in place. Please use caution in this area and plan alternate route.
