The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) is reminding Pennsylvanians to exercise caution during periods of heavy rain and expected flooding on roads and in low-lying areas. PennDOT is also reminding motorists to avoid driving across roads covered with water: Turn Around, Don’t Drown. Conditions on major roads can be found at www.511pa.com/.
