Flood Watch issued August 9 at 11:43AM EDT until August 9 at 6:00PM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Lancaster, Lebanon, Schuylkill and York.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- The heavy rain will be tapering off between noon and 2 PM
EDT, but creeks will continue to rise for a little while.
Expect new areas of flooding to occur into the afternoon.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
