The National Weather Service in State College has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for...
Eastern Union County in central Pennsylvania...
South Central Lycoming County in north central Pennsylvania...
* Until 915 AM EDT.
* At 706 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of
rain have fallen, with an additional 1 to 2 inches possible.
Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Williamsport, Lewisburg, Montoursville, Mifflinburg, Montgomery,
Linntown, Duboistown, New Columbia, Allenwood, Vicksburg, Spruce
Run Reservoir, Elimsport, Forest Hill, South Williamsport, New
Berlin and Little League World Series Complex.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
