Flood Watch issued August 9 at 3:25AM EDT until August 10 at 1:00AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of New Jersey, including the following areas,
Camden, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris,
Northwestern Burlington, Salem, Somerset, Sussex and Warren and
southeast Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Delaware,
Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks and Philadelphia.
* WHEN...Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall associated with the remnants of Debby will
produce rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches with locally higher
amounts of 3 inches or more possible.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
