NWS Partners -
The remnants of Tropical Storm Debby are expected to bring heavy rainfall to central PA with the heaviest rain occurring on Friday. Heavy rainfall can cause flash flooding Friday and Friday night. Larger rivers will see a response to the rainfall through the weekend.
