Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued August 6 at 7:32PM EDT until August 6 at 7:45PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 732 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Jeannette to West Newton to near East Washington,
moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Law enforcement reported wind damage in Washington.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
power outages.
Locations impacted include...
Pittsburgh, Bethel Park, McMurray, Greensburg, McKeesport,
Washington, Jeannette, Canonsburg, Gastonville, West Mifflin,
Baldwin, Upper St. Clair, Whitehall, South Park Township, Munhall,
Jefferson Hills, North Versailles, Brentwood, Castle Shannon, and
Pleasant Hills.

building.
