Special Weather Statement issued August 4 at 5:05AM EDT by NWS State College PA
Areas of dense fog will reduce visibility to one-quarter mile or
less in some locations early this morning, resulting in locally
hazardous driving conditions. Motorists should be prepared for
sudden changes in visibility and increased travel times. Fog will
dissipate between 8 and 9AM.
