Flood Watch issued August 3 at 3:20PM EDT until August 3 at 10:00PM EDT by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
areas, Adams, Blair, Cambria, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin,
Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon,
Mifflin, Montour, Northern Lycoming, Northumberland, Perry,
Schuylkill, Snyder, Southern Centre, Southern Clinton, Southern
Lycoming, Sullivan, Tioga, Union and York.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
