Description
The City of Bruceville-Eddy Water System is informing our customers of a major construction project that is set to begin on 8/5/2024.
The location will generally take place along F.M. 1239, but also includes small sections of C.R. 440 and C.R. 449 in Falls County.
Crews will be installing a new 12” watermain along the existing roadway, looping existing lines, and boring under existing driveways.
This project was approved by your City Council earilier in the year with the purpose of improving water service delivery East of I-35.
The project is expected to be completed by early December 2024.
Residents in the area may expereince temporary inconveniences due to construction, but for the most part, there will be very little interruption to daily activities.
MRB Group – Temple is the contracted engineering firm for the project.
Southern Contractors Group is the awarded contractor for construction.
